From Monday 24 February, Monday to Thursday, lunchtime and after work, running until Thursday 2 April. No need to book, just come along.

What to bring
Mats will be supplied or bring your own. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated too!
What if it’s raining?
In the event of wet weather, classes will be held under Building 8 located in Alexandria Park.
If any of the Yoga and Pilates classes are cancelled for other reasons (or have to be moved to another location) an update will be posted on King Street’s Facebook page.
Lunchtime classes will run for 45 minutes from 12.30pm to conveniently fit within workers’ lunchbreaks. Afternoon classes will commence at 5.15pm allowing people time to get to Alexandria Park from work.
Yoga – Vinyasa Flow
Suitable for all levels. Being with breath work (4 – 5 minutes), followed by yoga poses in a flowing sequence to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Finish off with a 5-minute cool down.|

Suitable for all levels. Begin with breath work (4 – 5 minutes), followed by an energising sequence of yoga poses to build strength, balance and flexibility. Finishing with 15 – 20 minutes of restorative yoga.
Contrology focusing on the importance of the mind’s control over the body, not the reverse, this 45-minute mat class is designed specifically to keep you moving. You will leave each class with stronger muscles, a better understanding of how they work and the tools you need to apply this to all aspects of your life.
