As we near the end of 2021, King St is warming up with plenty of activities, events and delicious specials to add to the calendar.
Bridge to Brisbane | Sunday 7 November
Months of training culminates on Sunday 7 November when 30,000 Bridge to Brisbane runners will finish their 4.5- or 10-kilometre courses at the Brisbane Showgrounds, right next to King St! Whether you're the support party or looking to refuel after your run, Musette will be serving up coffee and breakfast from 7 am, and Kuhl-Cher Coffee from 8 am.
Day of the Dead speacials | El Camino Cantina
Our resident Tex-Mex specialists are extending their Day of the Dead celebrations for six weeks, running until 28 November! Pay them a visit for cocktail specials including Poison Apple and MorgaRita (mezcal and activated charcoal) margaritas. See the menu and book in to get spooky here.
Jazz in the Park Movie Night | Saturday 13th November
It's back! We're combining our popular Jazz in the Park and Movies in the Park events for one very special family-friendly evening on Saturday 13 November. Things will kick off at 4:30 pm with the JMI Big band playing the music of the Count Basie Orchestra, followed by Mary Poppins Returns at 5:50 pm, followed by The Great Gatsby at 8:15 pm.
