Everyone is welcome to attend FREE fitness classes on King St - Tuesday to Saturday every week.

Free for everyone, this is your chance to breathe out and move your body. Feel recharged and refreshed, healthier and happier in King St. Sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Weekly as per timetable below. No need to book, just come along.

NB: Thursdays class has temporarily changed to yoga flow on a trial basis 

What to bring
Mats will be supplied or bring your own. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated too!

What if it’s raining or classes are canceled?
In the event of wet weather, classes can still go ahead as we are indoors! If any of the classes are canceled for other reasons, an update will be posted on King St's Facebook page.

Are there changing facilities?
Yes, there are some change rooms in the space we are using so you are able to get changed if you need to. 

Do you need to book in?
No bookings are required at this stage. You will simply be asked to sign in when you attend a class. Please also make sure you follow the requests of the trainers to ensure you follow all health & safety guidelines relating to COVID-19. 

Class Descriptions:
All classes will run for 45 minutes to fit in with your busy lives. Yoga is being delivered by Unplugged Yoga and Pilates by CAMS Cycling Collective. 

Yoga – Vinyasa Flow plus Restorative
Suitable for all levels. Begin with breath work (4 – 5 minutes), followed by an energising sequence of yoga poses to build strength, balance and flexibility. Finishing off with some restorative yoga.

Contrology focuses on the importance of the mind’s control over the body, not the reverse, this 45-minute mat class is designed specifically to keep you moving. You will leave each class with stronger muscles, a better understanding of how they work and the tools you need to apply this to all aspects of your life.  

Feel calm and collected after taking some time out for you. Mindfulness can help to decrease stress and anxiety and can help with focusing your thoughts and emotions. 45-minutes of relaxation for your mind will have you feeling refreshed to finish off your afternoon.
