Wheely Fun School Holiday Camp | Under the King St Car Park, Alexandria Lane | Mon 5 July - Fri 9 July, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
The perfect way to use up some school holiday energy, Wheely Fun aims to give kids a great day of cycling while learning road and safety skills, and gaining confidence on the bike.
The program is best suited to children aged 5-12 who can already ride a bike, but there are a limited number of assistance required positions available for those who need a little extra help! Learn more about single-day or week-long workshops and book your little one in here.
King St Kick It Criterium | King St | Fri 9 July, 4pm - 8pm
A criterium is a short-course, fast-paced race that typically takes place on closed public roads, and the King St Kick It Criterium is a perfect example! If you think you have what it takes to enter you can do so here, or clip in for a thrilling experience as a spectator!
Active Lifestyle Expo | Brisbane Showgrounds | Fri 9 - Sun 11 July
The heart of the Brisbane Cycling Festival Village, the Active Lifestyle Expo is packed with cycling and healthy lifestyle technology, products and trends exhibitors, as well as family activities, live entertainment and plenty of food and drinks. Access to the Festival Village and Active Lifestyle Expo is free, with all ages (and even dogs!) welcome.
Wahoo Crank it Up Party | CAMS Cycling Collective | Sat 10 July, 7pm - 10pm
Mad cycling enthusiasts, this one's for you! Try out and compete on the brand new Wahoo Fitness KICKR bike at King St's home of cycling, racing the (in)famous Hilly Route KOM segment on ZWIFT for your chance to win a share of over $4000 in prizes! Proceeds from entries will be going to the MND and Me Foundation, and there'll be street food vendors set up right outside, as well as some KICKR bikes for spectators to try, too. CAMS King St Sprints | King St | Sat 10 July from 12 pm
Think you have what it takes to beat King St? CAMS sprints will prove the fastest cyclists in town once and for all, with competitors in categories including elite, masters, junior and general public racing 180 metres along King St from Brewers St up to Beerhaus! Get back on the bike and join the bunch to experience Australia's ultimate Sunday ride!
With over 110km of fully closed city roads and a new home at the Brisbane Showgrounds, the Tour de Brisbane partnered with Splatt Lawyers is the one ride you don’t want to miss! There’s multiple rides to get you moving with distances and challenges for everyone. Whether you’re going for a pedal with the fam or going for the podium, there’s a ride or race for you.
