CAMS Cycling Collective
There is so much on offer at CAMS on King St ... so much more than just indoor cycling.
CAMS offers both indoor and outdoor coached rides most days of the week. Indoor sessions run mornings, evenings and even at lunchtimes. Contrology Pilates is on 3 times a week, CAMS run club every Wednesday morning plus camps and workshops. Showers, bike mechanic and Musette cafe are all on site too - they can even store your bike!
CASUALS ARE WELCOME and your first session FREE! Try something new before the year is over - it just might give you some direction for 2021! Make it great!
Corporate Group Bookings
Train as a group or set up your own corporate challenges - whatever suits you. Book your group in for a short, sharp quality lunch session, or an afternoon/evening session where you have more time to have fun while getting some training done. The friendly team at CAMS can set you up in 1-2 groups of 4-5 riders.
This is a great way to boost morale, productivity and stay on track with your own personal fitness at the same time! So rally your workmates and set up a time that works. If you really enjoy it you can set up a regular time slot for your team. There are all sorts of challenges and training sessions on offer to keep you motivated. CAMS has full shower facilities as well so you can freshen up if you're heading back to the office, and bike storage is also available.

CAMS runs Pilates too - 3 x 45-minute lunchtime classes each week.
Make the most of your early rising or lunch break PLUS, your first session is FREE! Contrology Pilates run 45-minute mat classes designed to keep your body moving well. Check the timetable at CAMS.
You will leave each class with stronger muscles, and a better understanding of how your muscles work and how to engage the right ones for optimal performance, and in everyday activity. We strongly believe you will feel the benefits once you try it. So come along and enjoy your first session FREE! Bookings essential through MBO.
If you choose to continue there are options - choose to stay casual $20/session or purchase a 5 or 10 pack pass - 5 packs are $90 ($65 for members) and 10 packs are $170 ($120 for members).
CAM's workshop is open for all your bicycle maintenance and repairs. Open from 6am Tuesday to Saturday, call 3844 4607 to book in a service.
Indoor Coached Rides - Tuesday to Saturday with options including early morning, mid-morning, hour of power at lunchtime, and afternoons/evenings. Sessions vary on different days so bookings are essential through CAMS indoor schedule. Please note that casuals are welcome, and new clients get their first session free!
Outdoor Coached Rides depart at 5.15am Tuesday to Friday and return by 7am. Longer coached rides are held on weekends with three different groups each day to cater for all abilities. Check what's on through CAMS outdoor calendar.
CAM'S Run Club - a coached run group for all abilities meets at CAMS every Wednesday at 6am for an hour.
Retail is open for nutrition, spares, accessories, arm warmers, and lights.

Patients can call reception on 3180 4768 to obtain further information regarding telehealth appointments with MyHealth GPs and to book. Or you can book online here.
